Utilizing Arduino

Dynamic Circuits

Description

In this activity, we will learn how to program and control various electronic components, such as servos and motors, to enhance the functionality of our projects. We will use Arduino to activate and control these mechanisms, incrementally building towards the project's expected behavior.

Instructions

Start by downloading and installing the Arduino software. Then, follow the tutorials and examples provided to familiarize yourself with the basics of programming with Arduino and controlling motors and servos. (Resources live in the "Toolbox" tab)

Next, build your project step by step, starting with simple mechanisms like controlling a single servo or motor, and gradually adding more complex features. Test each step to ensure that everything is functioning as expected before moving on.

Deliverables

Your final product should be a functioning circuit that integrates servos, motors, or other electronic components to meet the project's goals. Document your progress and create a set of slides to present to the studio.
